Happy Hours
That’s the name of the recent promo that my company had launched a week ago. And that’s what gave me the idea of using it as the title for this blog and for it to be the topic.
On my work the promo mechanics goes like this: there will only be a given hours on a day for the customer to avail the promo. That’s why it was called the happy hour. For those given hours will the happiest hour for the customer since they can avail our product on the cheapest rate that we can offer. But for us employee’s that would be the opposite. For us our happy hour would be those time which will not be covered by the promo period.
That’s how life mechanics is: each one of us will be having our own Happy Hours. And that memorable hour could be favorable to us but not to others. So by now let me share to you the Happy Hours of my Life which happened recently.
April: this month is very well known for the Holy Week season. This is the perfect time for everyone to get together, to be reunited, to reflect on things and give thanks. And for me each day of the Holy Week had a happy hour. Holy Monday and Tuesday was an easy day for us employees simply because we’ve got little things due to unlimited time of working. And those hours working is really favorable to us, having enough time to relax while at work. While the Holy Wednesday has been a perfect time for me to reflect while traveling. That’s why the five hour long of travel is worth taking for, since I got relaxed due to a long sleep while traveling. My hour of arrival was also a feel-good moment! The Maundy Thursday and Good Friday was filled with hour of amazement for I got amazed seeing different church replica on my second hometown Macalelon Quezon wherein you can find the annual celebration of the Kubol Festival (Church Replica Fest – see my uploaded photos on my fs acct.on the Holyweek’09 album). Each hour of Black Saturday was spent with my family. And lastly my Easter Sunday was very memorable for I traveled 3Hours riding on bus while standing the whole travel on the state of being drunk. But the 3hours long of traveling is worth taking, for an hour before I ride the last trip bus was spent with my childhood friend in Quezon. I was supposed to take the earliest trip but while waiting on the bus stop I saw my childhood friends and they encourage me to stay for awhile for us to drink and to get together even for a few hours. And who can refuse to that kind of offer. So I decided to stay for awhile and we drink and got drunk for more than an hour. Resulted for me to take the last trip which take 3hours of my travel standing, given the fact that I was drunk by then. It was really memorable.
May: each day of this month had a certain hour for my Happy moments. But the most memorable hour of a day in this month was the time wherein my sister and I attended the Pahiyas Festival in Lucban Quezon. Such a wonderful celebration .There is also an hour of amazement for the decorations on each houses was really fabulous. There is also a time of holiness for we visit the Kamay ni Hesus Shrine ( see my uploaded photos on my fs acct.at the Pahiyas ’09 Album). And indeed we really come to a point of experiencing Happy Hour because we went to Juno’s Resto Bar wherein we had our dinner and we drink afterwards. I really got drunk but it’s worth drinking for.
Those are my recent Happy Hours and I’m expecting for more Happy Hours to come on me this upcoming hours/days.
Happiness comes in our life on the least moment we’re expecting for it. But whether we’re not expecting or we’ll be planning for Happiness to arrive in our Life. What matters is that we are experiencing happiness without hurting anyone and upon getting to that certain point of Happiness we share it to others, whether our Loved ones, family, or friends. So start sharing your Happy Hours. And let’s continue Happiness in life!
